Mix of the Elements
Mix of the Elements" was developed, because of the lack of mixing of the genres in the Philadelphia market with showcases. I wanted to create a platform to connect, and cross promote, the diversity that this city has to offer. The phrase “Mix of the Elements” was conceived from the notion that different genres of music, when brought together, creates a motley atmosphere. Music is one of the most powerful forces of exchanging energy and evoking many different emotions. Elements represent the main genres of music, kind of like Fire, Water, Wind and Earth. Artists are forces of Nature and even though they are different. . . as in different genres. . . when they are brought together they create the perfect alchemy of talent!

​New Era Vision Showcase Competition

New Era was developed because I wanted to focus on developing a showcase that was youth focused and high energy driven. Unlike Mix of the Elements this is more geared towards artist who are developing themselves to be more main stream focused. 

So I designed New Era Showcase to give up and coming artists that are focused on radio play and give them a platform.
